| Removing final fiber product by hand from lines and place into carts. Carts are to be weighed and then moved to packaging area. Fiber is loaded into compacter and fed into bags for storage and shipping. Product is weighed again in packaging and must be specific weight. Bags are stacked on pallets up to 6o inches high. Bags weigh 50lbs. Facility is hot because of the manufacturing process / furnaces. In the summer, it is even warmer. Employee may wear shorts, T-shirts and tennis shoes. Company will provide ear protection, eye protection, a paper breathing mask and a lightweight paper suit. The fiber is very light weight and is everywhere. It will get on the employees and their clothes. Most will not have any allergic reaction to fiber but some may get red rash or welts. It is not painful or itchy. And will go away without treatment Position is Temp to Perm. 520 hours. Great benefits when perm. Health, dental, life and pay raise to $10.00. 5 panel Drug test required prior to working. Position is shift work. See schedule for specifics. 48 / 36 You will work 12 hour shifts and take breaks when you can. this includes lunch and any other breaks. MUST BE ON TIME EVERYDAY NO EXCUSES!!
