| · Provide product information (drawings, test reports, part numbers, etc.) for quotations to customer service representatives, field sales, agents, and directly to customers when required.
· Prepare monthly updates of business development metrics to evaluate business performance
· Assist with competitive benchmarking and market research.
· Resolve product returns; i.e., request credits/debits.
· Work with production on order expedites, change order requests, and/or order date confirmation
· Work with marketing team to review customer specifications and maintain up-to-date customer files.
· Work closely with team to take on time sensitive assignments as requested.
· Help create presentation materials for seminars, industry meetings, and trade shows.
· Update and design catalog & promotional marketing material including web content
· Assist with planning and logistics for customer visits and training seminars
REQUIREMENTS
· An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or the equivalent is required.
· 2+ years product/marketing support a plus

· Strong computer skills with the ideal candidate having prior experience in an analytical role having advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc.), Access (running queries, ad hoc reports, importing data), PowerPoint (creating and editing presentations), and Word. Knowledge with SAP & MS Project a plus.
